The new deputy Governor of Zamfara State, Muhammad Nasiha has officially resigned as the lawmaker representing Zamfara Central Senatorial District. This is coming after the state Governor, Bello Matawalle appointed Nasiha as his deputy. Nasiha replaced Mahadi Ali, who was impeached last week by the Zamfara State House of Assembly. The Senate President, Ahmed Lawan while reading a letter addressed to the Senate at the plenary, announced Nasiha’s resignation to the Senate.
